Rite Aid review

I am writing this letter of reference for Yeagle Contracting and specifically, Jonathan Yeagle, the president. I have known Jonathan since 2005. During the past 17+ years Mr. Yeagle has proven himself to be a person of incredible integrity. His openness and transparency set the standard for what is expected from all contractors with whom I conduct business. Since 2005 Mr. Yeagle successfully completed more than 40 projects for me. These projects ranged in scope from ground-up new construction to extensive remodels. Some of the remodel projects had to be completed overnight. While after-hours projects pose unique challenges, Jonathan consistently had every project properly staffed and completed on time. One of Jonathan’s best attributes is his excellent communication throughout every project. Each project has errors and omissions within the drawing set and scope due to the owner or architect’s mistakes or negligence. Jonathan would always consult with the owner or owner’s representative to obtain proper clarification prior to performing any work. By doing so, Jonathan was able to reduce the cost of change orders, as long as the owner, owner’s rep and architect responded quickly and accurately. Yeagle Contracting always earned our best rating each year for the fewest and lowest dollar value change orders submitted. This is the result of the highly ethical manner in which Jonathan Yeagle conducts business. Jonathan Yeagle conducts his business with a high degree of morality and integrity far above other contractors and developers within the construction industry. Jonathan is one of the most trustworthy and dependable people I know. Anyone claiming otherwise is either acting immoral, immature or both.
